The alternating blocks come together to create a secondary design between the pluses, giving the finished quilt a more intricate look while keeping the construction straightforward.
The Evelyn Quilt is fat quarter friendly and is a great way to use a favorite fabric collection or pull together a mix of fabrics from your stash. Choose a contrasting background fabric to define the blocks, then add a solid or small-scale accent fabric to create the repeating squares throughout the quilt.
